  Came into the TMobile store just last week and left my old carrier AT&T after nearly 7 years. The service has been great so far no problems and the staff at the store actually cared! John the manager and Eric took the time to not just sell me but genuinely wanted to help! My wife and I are very happy with the TMobile and glad we made the change. We saved nearly $40 p/m. If your thinking of making the switch go to the location, well worth your time! Thanks

  Although the staff appeared knowledgeable and accommodating for new phones and new account set-up, the aftermath has been persistently unpleasant. Much of what I was told in the store turned out not to be so. I have now spent hours on the phone with T-Mobile central and Apple trying to manage the problems and as yet have still not corrected the issues.
